Note:
All Design Home prices are based on size. The display models listed below are
popular floorplans and include popular options, but customers may design their own plans
and choose their own list of options.
Note: The base price of
every Design Home includes delivery, on-site completion, tax, installed furnace, and water
heater (see "Specifications" for a complete list).
The customer is responsible for the basement/foundation, on-site plumbing, and
electrical connection. Options include non-essential upgrades and add-ons (ie:
fireplaces, skylights, upgraded cabinets, oak trim, etc.--see "Options"
for a more complete list).
It is important to remember that the list of options for each home
below is meant to get ideas from--Customers will choose their own options to suit their
needs.
