based on size. The display models listed below are popular floorplans and include
popular options, but customers may design their own plans and choose their own list of
options.
Note: The base price of
every Design Home includes delivery, on-site completion, tax, installed furnace, and water
heater (see "Specifications" for a complete list).
The customer is responsible for the basement/foundation, on-site plumbing, and
electrical connection. Options include non-essential upgrades and add-ons (ie:
fireplaces, skylights, upgraded cabinets, oak trim, etc.--see "Options"
for a more complete list).
It is important to remember that the list of options for each home
below is meant to get ideas from--Customers will choose their own options to suit
their needs.
