Note: The base price of every Design Home includes delivery, on-site completion, tax, installed furnace, and water heater (see "Specifications" for a complete list). The customer is responsible for the basement/foundation, on-site plumbing, and electrical connection. Options include non-essential upgrades and add-ons (ie: fireplaces, skylights, upgraded cabinets, oak trim, etc.--see "Options" for a more complete list).
