Design Homes often has special "sales" or promotions at various times of the year. There are currently several specials going on to meet the needs of any home buyer:

...a new category of "Special" display homes...
Occasionally,
certain display homes get "out of date" with respect to discontinued options and
colors and styles. Normally, we would simply list these homes as "For
Sale" while they are still on display at one of our locations (as in the chart
below). A very few of these out of date displays will be taken off our
display lots and brought back to the factory to be updated with new shingles or
siding or windows, etc. So instead of selling these "closeout" models ON
THE LOT, we are updating them substantially with various NEW materials,
options, colors or styles. These will be updated to nearly new homes, but
with older display home prices!! Here are the currently available "Updated
Former Display
Models" (more soon) located at our Prairie du Chien, WI location:

From time to time, Design
Homes chooses a number of display models at our various locations to be sold at specially
discounted prices. This enables us to stay current with color choices and
options. It also keeps our workers working through the winter since we replace the
models at this time.
